| Summary: | In this book, we propose a multicenter model with several types of traps (shallow, phosphorescent and deep) and two competing recombination centers. A system of kinetic equations was written and solutions of the equation were obtained in analytical form for the concentrations of free and localized charge carriers during and after excitation of the crystal. These solutions made it possible to obtain the dependences of luminescence intensity and conductivity, which coincide well with the experimental results. The obtained kinetic dependences expand the possibilities of applying the classical theories of photoluminescence and photoconductivity to the study of real crystals. This consideration complements the classical kinetic theories of photoluminescence and photoconductivity. New approaches to studying the kinetics of luminescence and conductivity of crystals under photo- and X-ray excitation open up promising directions for the targeted search for new crystals and improved traditional crystals for optoelectronic devices based on broadband semiconductors and dielectrics. |
