Niall Kenny, bookseller, description: Rare. Most surviving copies seem to have no plate, and my first copy was in completely original binding and clearly had no sign of ever having a plate. However the Rothamsted copy does have the plate, so we can assume it should be present, and a dated copy of a Norris printing in BL, of 1717, does have the plate. Norris moved to the London Bridge address in 1711. The plates measure 17 x 20.5 cm unfolded. Collation: 160, [8] p., [1] leaf of folding plates; A12-G12; 14.5 x 8.5 cm (12mo).
