Foliation errors: leaves 82, 88, 111 and 309 misprinted as 76, 73, 112 and 313 respectively. There are numerous catchword errors. Leaves 1-280 have running title De mediçina; leaves 281-322 have De cirujia; leaves 323+ have De la anothomia. Woodcut of a friar [possibly Saint Augustine, or the author] on title page; ornamented capitals. "Dirigido a don Lvys de Velasco, cauallero del habito de Sa[n]ctiago, y virrey de esta nueua España."
