Translation of printed introduction: Sieur Panenc, physician, presented us with a memoir containing the discoveries he made on the epidemic disease which attacks horses, mules, and other animals. He indicates in this memoir the remedies which must be employed against this disease, and for the perfect cure of the animals. The happy experience that has been made of them assures the truth of the discoveries and the goodness of the remedies. We thought we had to share it with you, so that you can use it if necessary.
