"A treatise of the Pope's supremacy. ... The second edition corrected." (Wing B962) has separate dated title page in red and black, with imprint "printed by M. Flesher, and J. Heptinstall, for Brabazon Aylmer", pagination and register (volume 1).
Each part of contents has separate title page, except the first.
Frontispiece portraits of the author signed: D. Loggan ad vivum delin.
