Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts was a Church of England missionary organization active in the British Atlantic world in the 18th and 19th centuries. The organization worked to convert Native Americans and enslaved Africans and also to establish churches and schools. David Humphreys was secretary for the organization. |
