Imprint from colophon on x4 verso -- with printer's device: In laudatissima Germani[a]e vrbe Basiliensi nup[er] op[er]a & p[ro]motione Ioha[n]nis Bergman de Olpe Anno salutis n[ost]re MCCCCXCVIII K[a]l. Martii. "Enlarged edition"--ISTC. Foliated at top of page, I-CLIX, with 4 leaves unnumbered between CXLIIII and CXLV.
