Next to Orson sits Helen, a sexy, educated temptress who's been shunned by her an affluent family. She's obviously trouble for Sam who sees women like her as a conquest. Sam befriends Jerome, another orderly, who warns him to keep his distance from the alluring advances of Helen. Keeping an eye on all of them is Dr. Crawford, a cunning psychiatrist who runs Pinewood Hospital for the mentally ill and is the brainchild behind the Farmhouse "art therapy" experiment.
