Abstract:	The webinar presented the results of research that explored strategies and techniques designed to discourage motorists from entering flooded grade crossings. The research helped increase the knowledge of TxDOT personnel related to issues and potential solutions for improving safety at low water crossings on TxDOT highways. Likewise, the public benefits from more precise and accurate information about the status of the hazards associated with flooded crossings.
