An envelope containing 'Colophon to be printed (4 sheets)' & 'Documentation information (5 sheets)' laid in. Issued in cloth covered clamshell case. " ... a collaboration project with artists and writers invited to participate by sending images or text on some aspect of the Dance. I [J. Risseeuw] then made handmade paper specifically for each piece and printed it ..."--Colophon. The Cushing Library Lowman copy is part of the Craig Jensen Collection.
