"This edition consists of eight hundred copies. The text was set in monotype Walbaum at the Out of Sorts Letter Foundery in Mamaroneck, New York. This book has been printed on mould-made Magnani paper at the Shagbark Press in South Portland, Maine. The lithographs were printed on hand-made Japanese paper at Trestle Editions, LTD., New York City. The design is by Benjamin Shiff. This book has been hand-sewn and hand-bound by Carol Joyce in Stockton, New Jersey."--Colophon
