Abstract:The objectives of the presentation are: 1. Describe the steps necessary for properly developing an FDR candidate project 2. Identify which department's resources are required 3. Explain procedures required to successfully start FDR construction The presentation sought to show the benefits of Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), what makes a good FDR candidate; upfront testing, pavement design, mixture design, construction planning and startup.
