Summary:To fulfill the requirements for his master's degree in film making, a film student is making a documentary film of a 14-year-old boy who is being verbally and physically (mainly physically) abused by his parents. The film student runs into all kinds of difficulties and problems with his faculty adviser and with others about the making of this film. In the process, a love relationship between the boy and the student develops.
