The Lord H---'s speech in the House of Lords, on the first article of the impeachment of Dr. Henry Sacheverell.
In "The publisher to the reader", the publisher states that he took down this speech in shorthand and now publishes it without permission, for which he hopes the noble lord will pardon him. Haversham argues for aquittal and reaffirms the Hanoverian succession.
