[17] leaves of various receipts at beginning of book, chiefly veterinary cures, in 19th C. ink, pencil and blue pencil; some newspaper clippings pasted in; two additional scraps of paper with receipts, glued and pinned to leaves; [1.5] leaves of figures in pencil and additional figures on back endpapers. [6] leaves removed at front of book, traces of script remain in gutter; [3] leaves removed at end of book with traces of leaf-pressing. |
