Summary:TRI data is arranged in broad categories including facility identification, substance identification, environmental release of chemical, waste treatment, and off-site waste transfer. The data includes the names, addresses and public contracts of plants manufacturing, processing, or using the reported chemicals, the maximum amount of stored on site, the estimated quality emitted into the air (point and nonpoint emissions), discharged into bodies of water, injected underground, or released to land, methods used in waste treatment/disposal, either you publicly owned treatment plants or elsewhere. TRI may be searched by free text or by categories or data fields. Numeric data can be searched in ranges, sorted, and subjected to limited types of calculations specified by the user.
