Otis. volume 1, pts. 1 and 2 of the medical history and volume 2, pts. 1, 2 and 3 of the surgical history are 2nd issue. Of the surgical history volume 1 and volume 2 were prepared by George A. Otis, 1870-76; volume 3 by G. A. Otis and D. L. Huntington, 1883.
