| Item Description: | "June 28, 1991, With respect, admiration, and love, Stephen Jay"--Inscription in Grolier Club copy. Grolier Club copy has Stephen Jay's business card inserted. Colophon (page 51) also includes a full specification of how the original portfolio of etchings was produced, along with a list of techniques used for each particular etching on page 50. This small-format edition, containing reproductions of the etchings, was published simultaneously to the original portfolio edition (which did not contain Wallace Stevens' poem). The Cushing Library/Women & Gender Studies copy was acquired as part of The Don Kelly Research Collection of Gay Literature and Culture. |
