Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, USA. Her research centers on trust dynamics in organizations, affect and emotions in management, and levels of analysis theory and research. Roy J. Lewicki is the Irving Abramowitz Professor of Management and Human Resources Emeritus at the Ohio State University, USA. He is a leading scholar in the fields of negotiation, conflict management, and trust.
