Shewing the unexpectedness of the intrusion of those gentlemen into Parliament, who so lately usurped a parliamentary power when the free Parliament was forc'd a way: as also the injustice of their sitting therein. Unto which is annexed their proposals to His Excellency at Hammersmith, on the 5. of this instant August; for the prevention of the said gentlemen, and all other illegal members, sitting in the Parliament.
