Who were indicted for high-treason in conspiring the Kings death, and raising arms to subvert the government, and alter the religion, and conspiring the death of his royal brother, James, Duke of York. The Lord Russel, John Rouse, William Hone, and one Captain Thomas Walcot, being all four condemn'd to be hang'd, drawen and quarter'd.
