An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, for the raising and levying of the monethly sum of one and twenty thousand pounds, : towards the maintenance of the Scotish [sic] Army, under the command of the Earl of Leven; by a monethly assessment upon the severall counties, cities and towns of the kingdome of England therein mentioned.
