The volume is interleaved with maps which correspond to the adjacent text; many of the maps are enumerated. E4 verso contains a contents list of the maps and their position in parts 1 and 2 of the volume; the index to the charts in part 3 is on the final page above the printers colophon.
An additional map of parts of the Dutch coast is bound before page 61 of part 2.
