A letter formerly written to Mr. Tichborne and others in the Tower to minde them of death : And in order thereto, to publish a repentant declaration for the greatnesse of the sin of rebellion. And by reason it lay ten dayes and could not be delivered, it is now published on this occasion, whilst others go on plotting treasons on the same principles to undeceive and restrain men from these treasonable practises.
