Horden IV 21 (1690 edition) -- "Except for the letterpress title-page and 'The Mind of the Frontispiece', this is from the same type-setting as No. 18 [1684 edition]." -- "The engraved title-page (except for the new imprint), the portrait of Quarles, and the [illustrations], are as in No. 11 [1656 ed.]." -- Horden also supplies that the letterpress title page is from the 1677 edition.
