Reasons humbly offer'd to the right honourable the Lords spiritual and temporal in Parliament, assembled : why Dr. Thomas Burwell, Dr. Richard Torlesse, Dr. William Dawes, and Dr. Thomas Gill, late censors of the College of Physicians in London, should not be excused from the penalty of the act 25 Car.
