Item Description:"The deeds of surrender of corporations are not enrolled, except Thetford, Nottingham, ... Judgements have been entered against London, Chester, ...All corporations are to be restored as they were before any deed of surrender. All officers holding since a surrender removed from place. All deeds of surrender to be cancelled and returned. New charters will be granted. All charters of incorporation granted after 1679 annulled and void." -- Steele.
