The title words "Received .. of-----" joined by a right brace.
Copy cataloged has MS. annotations for the date of the receipt: "fourteenth March -- 1/2" [i.e. 1691/2]; the name of the taxpayer: "Ellinor Twyford"; the amount of tax paid: "three shillings"; which quarter paid: "first"; the names of the collectors: "John Marsh of [illegible] Tho: Etheridg" in MS. braces; and the name of her landlord in the lower left corner: "Esq. J Lowndes landlord". The amount paid is also recorded to the right of the title.
