A remonstrance and declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament. Manifesting that all such persons as shall upon any pretence whatsoever assist His Majesty in this warre, with horse, armes, plate or money, shall be held and accounted traytors to His Majesty, the Parliament, and the Kingdome. Likewise two orders of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, for the ordering of the souldiers under the Earle of Essex.
