Signed at foot of sheet sixteen: Ia: Clerk sculp:. Caption title. At head of sheets nine and ten: 'A view of the universal history, from the birth of Jesus Christ our Lord, to the year 1680'. Consisting of sixteen engraved 1⁰ sheets pasted together to form eight large folded sheets. Undated imprint from a slip pasted to the final sheet which reads: "Are to be sold by Mr. Littlebury, Mr. Chiswel, Mr. Mortlock, Mr. Churchill, & Mr. Garfield". In some copies the imprint slip is not present. Column headings on sheets three and four, seven and eight, eleven and twelve and fifteen and sixteen are cancel slips. Date from Wing.
