By the King, a proclamation requiring the immediate tenants of His Majesties fee-farm rents, to take care to proceed in their purchases : and to perfect their contracts within the time limited by the late act, for sale of the fee-farm rents, or otherwise the same to be sold to such as will contract for the same.
