Proposals for erecting a bank upon the parliamentary fund of the million-adventure, in case tickets shall be subscribed, or in lieu thereof money to a proportionable value, to be vested in tickets in the said million-fund or other good funds, to the liking of a general meeting of the subscribers or their assigns.
