A declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament: : concerning coales and salt. Wherein is ample satisfaction given to all murmurers and malignants, why the honourable City of London hath not a supply as formerly. Also, two ordinances of great consequence, 1. That whosoever shall assist His Majesty in this warre, with horse, armes, plate, or money, are traytors to His Majesty, the Parliament, and kingdome. 2. That the houses of delinquents shall not bee plundered, pulled downe, or destroyed, but reserved for the benefit and advantage of the Common-wealth.
