Annotation on Thomason copy: "Oxon"; "Jan: 2nd 1643.". However, Madan says in notes to II, 1527, "On Jan. 2, 1643/4, Thomason received a copy of the first edition of this work [i.e. Wing F582], with no place of printing (but no doubt a London book)".
