The declaration and votes of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament: : concerning the late treaty of peace in York-shire. Terrible nevves from Hull: : concerning a great conspiracy which was intended against Sir Iohn Hotham, and the rest of the inhabitants of the said town, by divers cavaleers who lay neer unto the said town of Hull. Wherein is declared how this plot was discovered, and how Sir Iohn Hotham plaid against them with his ordinance, and beat them off from the walls, killing a great number of them. An order for punishing of such collectors or receivors, as shall misimploy any moneyes, plate or other goods, collected by any act, orother goods, collected by any act or ordinance of Parliament.
