The first and last leaves are blank. 'A satyre against the separatists' (sigs. B3-B7) has separate t.p. and pagination, register is continous. Text and register continous despite pagination. Wing calls this "Sixth edition", however, according to Madan: "A so-called 'Sixth repition' of it [Ad populum] was published in in 1660, and had 'a Satyr against Separatists' signed A.C. added to it".
