The heads of proposals, agreed on by his Excellency Sir Thomas Fairfax, and the Councell of the Armie. : Tendred to the commissioners of Parliament residing with the Armie, to be by them presented to the Parliament. Containing their particular desires (in pursuance of their former declarations and papers) in order to the cleering and securing the rights and liberties of this kingdome, in the setling of a just and lasting peace therein; leaving the terms of peace for the kingdome of Scotland, to stand as in the late propositions of both kingdoms, unlesse that kingdome have agreed, or shall agree to any alteration. To which proposalls are added the explanations upon severall particulars therein agreed upon at the late generall Councell of the Army at Putney, on Thursday Septemb. 16. 1647. In answer to certaine queres thereupon made by the commissioners of Parliament residing with the Army. By the appointment of his Excellency Sir Thomas Fairfax, and the Generall Councell of his Armie.
