Also, a declaration from 18. counties, within the realm of England, concerning the King, the Parliament, and Army, and their resolution thereupon. Likewise, the proceedings of the councell of Warre, charge against the King, and his Majesty to be tryed at Windsor. And new propositions to his Excellency the Lord Gen. Fairfax, in reference to the King, City, and Kingdom.
