The Kings Maiesties intention concerning the setting up of his standard, and levying of warre against both Houses of Parliament : wherein he declares his full resolution therein to both the said houses : likewise the resolution of the lords that are now resident with His Majesty : also the parliaments desires to all His Majesties loving subjects, for a meet concurrence with them, to maintain the peace of these kingdoms.
