(caption title) has separate register; "Certaine notes of instruction concerning the making of verse or rime in English", quires (D) and ² D. P. 310 misnumbered 216; pages 317 misnumbered 217; numerous other internal misnumberings. Variant: title has "Whoole workes"; many pages in variant settings.
