Item Description:	Imprint from colophon (A1r). A proclamation dissolving the General Assembly, 29 Nov., 1638. Includes also Hamilton's declaration on episcopal government against acknowledging the Glasgow Assembly. Text begins A2r. With continuous signatures. First proclamation occupies A2r-C1v. C2r-H1v consist of James Hamilton's declaration on episcopal government in Scotland (also issued separately as STC 12728). H2r-M1v consist of another proclamation by Charles I made against acknowledging the Glasgow Assembly on Dec. 8, 1638 (also issued separately as STC 22000).--Folger Shakespeare Library catalog.
