Printer's name conjectured by STC. Originally published the same year as "A very godly and learned treatise, of the exercise of fastyng". This edition omits the editor's dedication and adds a prayer for the Queen. The last leaf is blank. Most copies are bound with STC 22044. Identified as STC 25667 on UMI microfilm. Reproduction of the original in the Bodleian Library. Some pages tightly bound; some print faded. Pages 34-55 from the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery copy filmed at end. |
