"An appendix, of the quarter for the ransoming of officers of all qualities, and souldiers, concluded betweene the King of Spayne his side, and the side of the States Generall, of the vnited Netherlands. Together, with the lawes, and articles of marshall discipline enacted on the States side" has separate pagination and title page with imprint "Printed ad [sic] Delfe, by Ian Petersen VVaelpote boeck-printer, in de printerie, anno 1637." In fact the whole book except for the preliminaries was printed at Delft (STC).
The engravings of pike and musket are derived from: Gheyn, Jacob de. The exercise of armes for calivres, muskettes, and pikes.
P. M1v-r2 have circles drawn in by hand, with two diameters at right angles.
