In four parts, each with separate dated title pages that read: Bellarminus enervatus, .. tomus secundus; Bellarminus enervatus, .. tomus tertius; Bellarminus eneravatus .. tomus quartus. Register and pagination differ from the first to the second parts. Register is continuous throughout the remainder of the volume, but part 2 has separate pagination, and parts 3 and 4 are numbered consecutively.
Printer and place of publication attribution, publisher's name, and actual publication date from STC.
Roman numeral date is made with turned C's.
Ornament on general title page varies: bunch of fruit or burning heart with "IHS"; Cambridge University Library has both variants--STC.
