Each has separate title page; each was previously published. "Beginning with this edition quire 2E was split into two sections: 2E8 ending the text of 4 and having on 2E8r a sub tp for 5 (cf. 4228sqq.), with instructions that the treatise be placed here; and *2E4 having the prelims. for 6. Where 5 is present and properly placed in a volume, the 2E8r sub tp is usually cancelled.
