Articles to be inquired of in the ordinarie visitation of the right reuerende father in God, William lorde bishop of Couentrie and Lichfielde : diligently to be considered of as well by ministers, as churchwardens and swornemen, and aduesedly to be answered particulerly to euerie point, by either of them seuerally in writing, at the visitation to bee holden by the saide reuerend father, or his officers.
