"It is ordered by the Lords and Commons of the Committee for Advance of Money, and other necessaries for the army, that this declaration be read, by the minister of each parish church,within the cities of London and Westminster, the suburbs, and liberties, and the borough of Southwarke before the congregation, tomorrow in the forenoone or afternoone, and that the said minister does his best indeavour to exhort the people to the subsriptions herein desired with all expedition".
