A form of prayer : to be used on Wednesday the twenty ninth day of this present April, throughout the whole kingdom, being the fast-day appointed by the King and Queens proclamation. To be observed in a most solemn and devout manner, for supplicating Almighty God for the pardon of our sins, and for imploriug [sic] his blessing and protection in the preservation of Their Majesties sacred persons, and the prosperity of their arms both at land and sea. : By Their Majesties special command.
