Reasons humbly offered to the consideration of the Honourable House of Commons, for lowering the interest of mony, paid into, or out of, the King's Exchequer, to 6l. per cent. per annum, : which will greatly contribute towards the taking off the anticipations on the several branches of the revenue, and pay the King's debts in a short time.
