Sir, as I have the honour to be joined with you in the government of St. Bartholomew's Hospital; and as the charge we took at our admission directs us to use our utmost endeavours to support the reputation of that house, and to contribute all we can to the relief of the poor contained therein, I shall make no apology for submitting the following queries to your serious consideration.
